Our wines at the Venice International Film Festival: a toast to the stars

We are proud and delighted to share some very special news: the wines of Tenuta Santa Maria Valverde have been chosen by the Chef of the stars, Tino, to accompany the great protagonists of the Venice International Film Festival.

This recognition moves us twice over: we have always loved cinema and celebrate it through our Pinterest board Movie & Wine, where we tell the magical encounter between a glass of wine and an unforgettable scene.

The choice made by Tino is even more meaningful for us: a chef of international fame, who has delighted the palate of icons such as Julia Roberts and many other world-renowned stars. Seeing him bring our wines to Venice, at the very heart of cinema, is a tribute that fills us with pride.

The current edition — the 82nd, held from August 27 to September 6, 2025, and organized by La Biennale di Venezia — awarded the Golden Lion to Jim Jarmusch for his work Father Mother Sister Brother. In this unique context, our wines have been chosen to celebrate the magic of the big screen.
